Appointment of Mrs. Vigneswary Kanganathan as Administrative Officer

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mrs. Vigneswary Kanganathan as the Administrative Officer of the Jaffna Jaipur Centre, effective 10 November 2025.

Mrs. Kanganathan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and brings more than 25 years of extensive professional experience with International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs) and United Nations agencies. Her background includes strong expertise in administration, finance, human resources, procurement, coordination, reporting, and donor compliance, gained through long-term service in complex and multi-stakeholder environments.

In her role as Administrative Officer, Mrs. Kanganathan supports the Centre’s operational, administrative, and programme functions, while strengthening internal systems, staff coordination, and donor accountability. Her experience and commitment are expected to contribute significantly to the continued development and effective functioning of the Jaffna Jaipur Centre.
