Self Employment Grant for disabled Entrepreneurs (ESS Project)
10 Disabled entrepreneurs received grants to start self employment
ventures at a ceremony held on 14th Aug 2012 at Itham’s lecture hall,
Kokuvil West.
Grants were provided under the JJCDR -ESSS project for sewing, fire
wood business, poultry, tailoring, Chili powder making and selling
fish.
The main objective of this grant scheme is to assist the disabled
persons to stand up on their own feet
The recommendation of the Deputy Director of IDB was required to
obtain these grants.
Project monitoring will be handed by the Project Officer (ESSP) ,
Coordinator Itham,and Mobilization officers.
