Phase 2 of the “Repair of Tricycle” IMHO supported project is now underway in 15 Divisional Secretariats in the Jaffna district. Under this project 50 tricycles have been identified for repairs by Outreach Officers and Social Services Officers. The project was launched on Nov 2013
