JJCDR Commemorates International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Dr.T.Sathiyamoorthy, Director Teaching Hospital Jaffna was the Chief Guest while Miss.S.Ahalya, Director Department of Social Services,was the special guest at a function Chaired by Dr(Mrs)J. Ganeshamoorthy, Hony. Chairperson to commemorate the “International Day of Persons with Disabilities” organized by the Jaffna Jaipur Centre for Disability Rehabilitation on 9th Dec 2022.

The welcome address was delivered by the Hony. Board member Mrs.S.Raviraj, while the Vote of Thanks was presented by the Hon. Board member Mrs.H.Devarajan.

Chairperson highlighted the significance of commemorating the International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Children with cerebral palsy were given opportunities to sing and tell stories .It was a great opportunity for them to demonstrate their skills.

Dr.R.Ganeshamoorthy, Advisory Board member, Mr.R.Ratnasingam, Advisory Board member ,Hon.Selvarajah Kajendren, MP, Miss.I .Arumugam,Hony. Board member and staff of JJCDR were also present at this function
