JJCDR accords farewell to Mr.R.Ratnasingam, Administrative Secretary
The outgoing Administrative Secretary Mr.R.Ratnasingam was accorded a ceremonial farewell on 12.4.2019.
Members of Board of Management , Members of Advisory Board, and staff attended the ceremony.
He served the Srilanka local government service for over 41 years before joining JJCDR in Oct 2011.
